The 14 Day Reset is happening again! 

14 days of workouts, 2 rest days, health coaching tips from a holistic approach and curated playlists for each workout! Every day a new workout lands in your inbox which is between 5 and 30 minutes long. These are easy to add into your routine and all are great for a quick burn and especially important for a daily mind-body connection. A mixture of pilates, barre, lower body and upper body series over the duration of the 14 days. As well as the workouts recipes, tips to boost your energy, improve sleep and manage stress levels will be sent across via email to each of you.

WEEK 1

Day 1 - Full body pilates flow 

Day 2 - 10 min stretch & 10 min quickie barre series

Day 3 - Ab sweat with ball 

Day 4 - Glute series with band 

Day 5 - Arm series 

Day 6 - 10 min slider series 

Day 7 - REST DAY!

WEEK 2

Day 8 - 23 min stretch & strength series 

Day 9 - 10 min glute series

Day 10 - 20 min dynamic pilates flow 

Day 11 - 7 min standing legs & arm series 

Day 12 -10 min quickie barre series pt.2 

Day 13 - REST DAY!

Day 14 - 26 min ab flow
